These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://parisifairfield.com, our online forms, communications, scheduling tools, and related services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

When you submit an evaluation or scheduling request, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

An evaluation or appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Parisi Fairfield. We may contact you to verify information, discuss scheduling options, or request additional details.

You are responsible for notifying us if your contact information or scheduling needs change.

4. Participation in Physical Activity

Athletic training and physical exercise involve physical effort and may carry a risk of injury.

Before participating in any training program, participants should consider whether the activity is appropriate for their physical condition and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

Participants, parents, and legal guardians are responsible for disclosing relevant injuries, medical conditions, physical limitations, or other concerns that could affect safe participation.

Participation in a Parisi Fairfield program may require completion of separate registration documents, waivers, releases, health forms, or program agreements. These Terms and Conditions do not replace any separate participation agreement, informed-consent document, or liability waiver.

5. Minors and Parental Responsibility

Our programs may be offered to children and teenagers. A parent or legal guardian must submit information, provide required permissions, and enter into agreements on behalf of a participant who is under the age of 18.

By submitting information concerning a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to provide the information and make decisions concerning the minor’s participation.

Minors should not submit personal information through the website without the knowledge and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Prices and payment terms for programs or services will be disclosed at the time of registration or purchase.

Certain programs may be subject to separate policies concerning:

Any policies provided during registration, checkout, or enrollment form part of your agreement with Parisi Fairfield.

When you separately and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages, Parisi Fairfield may send non-marketing messages concerning:

• Scheduling and appointment availability

• Changes or updates concerning an appointment
• Follow-up related to your inquiry or requested service

Consent to receive text messages is separate from your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Consent

By selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile telephone number, you authorize Parisi Fairfield and its service providers to send text messages to the number provided concerning the purposes described above.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an inquiry, schedule an evaluation, purchase services, or participate in a program.

The SMS consent checkbox will not be selected automatically. You must affirmatively choose to opt in.

Age Restriction

The Parisi of Fairfield SMS program is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 years old to provide SMS consent and enroll a mobile number in the program. If an inquiry or evaluation concerns an athlete under 18, the athlete’s parent or legal guardian must submit the form, provide the mobile number, and consent to receive text messages. Minors may not independently opt in to the SMS program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, appointment activity, and communications with Parisi Fairfield.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on the terms of your mobile telephone plan. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message.

You may also revoke consent by contacting us or otherwise clearly communicating that you no longer wish to receive text messages.

After opting out, you may receive one final non-promotional confirmation message acknowledging your request. You will not receive additional text messages unless you later provide new consent.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Text-message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and carrier processing. Messages may occasionally be delayed or not delivered due to circumstances outside our control.
