John Cirilo
Director
"Cirilo"
John Cirilo is a 30-year industry veteran, 20 of them with Parisi Speed Schools. Cirilo, as he is commonly referred to, has held every position in the Parisi Network starting in 2000 as a Performance Coach at the company’s flagship facility in Fairlawn, NJ. He was instrumental in the Parisi brand’s growth, successfully training countless athletes and teams along the way. In North Jersey alone, Cirilo coached many of the premier high schools including Bergen Catholic, Don Bosco Prep, Seton Hall Prep, St. Peters Prep and St. Joseph’s Regional. As his team training success continued, Cirilo then joined the Parisi NFL Combine program, where he helped launch the careers of over 60 NFL athletes while servicing other professional athletes in MLB, NBA and WNBA.
In 2005, Cirilo transitioned into a corporate role as the Director of Franchise Development for the launch of the Parisi Franchise Company. His responsibilities included corporate sales and staff development. He also served as Parisi's very first Master Coach. During his tenure he successfully executed over 80 franchise licenses and certified over 500 performance coaches.
Cirilo joined Parisi Speed School Fairfield in 2020. Along with the ownership and staff, the Parisi Fairfield team successfully expanded services to over 300 members during the pandemic and was named the Parisi Network's - 2022 Parisi Facility of The Year.
Today, Cirilo serves as our Operations Director and continues to serve as the Director of Team Training and Master Coach for Parisi Training Systems.

Imani Thompson

"Imani"
Imani is a graduate of Wayne Valley Highschool where she played Soccer and Basketball. During her high school career she received multiple honors including 2nd team all county, and the Wayne Orthropedics Comeback athlete of the year scholarship award. Imani was able to continue her athletic and academic career at Montclair State University where she played on the Women’s Soccer team and earned a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. After graduating, Imani pursued her dreams of playing professional tackle football. She is currently a Wide Receiver and Kick Returner for the New York Wolves.
In high school, Imani sustained what was suppose to be a career ending injury. After 4 knee surgeries, she was told that she would never be able to play sports again. However, it was performance training and exercise science that allowed Imani to return to the field. She attributes most of her athletic ability and her post-surgery success to her training.
Imani is extremely passionate about performance training and injury prevention. She believes that her background playing multiple sports and her struggles with injury helps her relate to her athletes. Her goals as a Coach are to make athletes stronger, safer, and faster so that they can achieve their athletic goals! Because of her personal experience defying the odds, she believes that there is no dream that is too far out of reach.

Norberto Ramirez

"TJ"
Born and raised in Paterson, NJ. TJ ran Cross Country and played varsity baseball as a first baseman at PCSST high school. TJ then attended Montclair State University earning Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in sports conditioning.
Growing up with an autistic brother, TJ discovered a genuine love for helping others and believes that everyone has the ability to improve regardless of their challenges. TJ's brings his knowledge and experience to Parisi Fairfield to teach his students to how to develop their abilities and become better individuals in preparation for life after sports.

Gabriel Giron

"G-Unit"
Gabriel holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and a Bachelor's with a concentration in Sports and Conditioning. He is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, working previously as a trainer at the Montclair State University's Rec Center. With over 4 years of coaching experience, Gabriel now brings his skills to Parisi Fairfield where he looks to inspire youth athletes. Gabriel is committed to ensuring that his students learn about themselves through the science of movement and performance, while cultivating an engaging, fun, and positive training experience for them to thrive in.
