B.S. PSSC
My name is Crystal. I was born and raised in Washington Heights, New York, I earned my Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University. My passion for fitness and overall wellness began when I started sprinting for Rowan. In addition to my track & field career, I worked as Rehabilitation Technician at Kessler Rehab.
Although athleticism drove me through sports, I was never coached properly. Being a Parisi Coach gives me the opportunity to show my students what a rewarding experience it is to accomplish goals and grow as well rounded individual.
