"TJ" Norberto Ramirez
Director of Training | Parisi Speed School Certified Coach
B.S. Exercise Science
TJ grew up as a three-sport athlete, competing in cross country, varsity football, and baseball. He continued his education at Montclair State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a concentration in sports conditioning. He is also a proud member of Lambda Upsilon Lambda.
TJ joined Parisi Fairfield three years ago as a coach and quickly distinguished himself through his knowledge, leadership, and ability to connect with athletes of all ages. His commitment to developing both athletes and fellow coaches led to his advancement into the role of Director of Training.
Today, TJ oversees the quality and direction of training at Parisi Fairfield while helping lead and develop our coaching team. He also directs our team-training programs, working with athletes and organizations to build customized training experiences that improve speed, strength, movement, conditioning, and overall athletic performance.
Growing up with an autistic brother helped TJ develop a genuine passion for supporting others and recognizing the unique strengths within every individual. He believes every athlete has the ability to improve, regardless of the challenges they may face. His coaching approach combines encouragement, accountability, and individualized instruction to help athletes build confidence, discover their capabilities, and become the best versions of themselves—both in sports and in life.

Ali Atyyat
Parisi Speed School Certified Coach

Ali brings a unique and personal connection to Parisi Speed School. Having trained at the flagship location as a young football athlete in 2016, he experienced firsthand the transformative impact of speed and performance training. Now returning as a coach at our Fairfield, NJ location, Ali brings that same passion for athletic development to every athlete he works with.
Currently completing his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Nutrition — while on track to graduate summa cum laude — and pursuing his NASM Personal Training Certification, Ali combines academic knowledge in both training and nutrition with real-world athletic experience. His coaching approach focuses on developing not only faster and stronger athletes, but also more confident, well-rounded, and properly fueled young people.

Lukas Epitropakis
Parisi Speed School Certified Coach

Lukas brings firsthand experience as a lifelong multi-sport athlete and collegiate track and field sprinter specializing in the 100m, 200m, and 400m. He understands the dedication, discipline, and attention to detail required to achieve peak athletic performance. His passion for speed development and athletic training drives him to help every athlete become faster, stronger, and more confident.
Lukas earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Lock Haven University. He combines his leadership skills with his extensive athletic background to support every athlete who walks through the door. His coaching philosophy emphasizes effort, consistency, and confidence while helping young athletes develop habits that will benefit them both in sports and in everyday life.

Erica Luzzi
Member Services Director
B.S. Psychology
Erica is a graduate of James Caldwell High School, where she completed her lifelong softball career as a four-year varsity pitcher. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Montclair State University and plans to continue her education by pursuing a master's degree in sports psychology.
For the past three years, Erica has been an important part of the Parisi Fairfield team. As Member Services Director, she is often one of the first people athletes and families connect with when they walk through our doors. She helps guide families through the Parisi experience, answers their questions, and makes sure every member feels welcomed, informed, and supported.
Erica's background in athletics and psychology gives her a genuine understanding of the confidence, discipline, and encouragement young athletes need to succeed. Having competed as a varsity athlete herself, she understands both the challenges athletes face and the important role that coaches, families, and a positive training environment can play in their development.
Over her three years at Parisi Fairfield, Erica has built strong relationships with our athletes and their families. She takes pride in creating a friendly, organized, and encouraging environment where every athlete feels valued—not only for their performance, but also for who they are as a person.

John Cirilo
Parisi Speed School Master Coach
John Cirilo is an industry veteran, 20 of them with Parisi Speed Schools. Cirilo, as he is commonly referred to, has held every position in the Parisi Network starting in 2000 as a Performance Coach at the company’s flagship facility in Fairlawn, NJ. He was instrumental in the Parisi brand’s growth, successfully training countless athletes and teams along the way. In North Jersey alone, Cirilo coached many of the premier high schools including Bergen Catholic, Don Bosco Prep, Seton Hall Prep, St. Peters Prep and St. Joseph’s Regional. As his team training success continued, Cirilo joined the Parisi NFL Combine program, where he helped launch the careers of over 60 NFL athletes while servicing other professional athletes in MLB, NBA and WNBA.
In 2005, Cirilo transitioned into a corporate role as the Director of Franchise Development for the launch of the Parisi Franchise Company. His responsibilities included corporate sales and staff development. He also served as Parisi's very first Master Coach. During his tenure he successfully executed over 80 franchise licenses and certified over 500 performance coaches.
Cirilo joined Parisi Speed School Fairfield in 2020. Along with the ownership and staff, the Parisi Fairfield team successfully expanded services to over 300 members during the pandemic and was named the Parisi Network's - 2022 Parisi Facility of The Year.
Today, Cirilo continues to serve as a Master Coach for Parisi Training Systems.
