Interval Training, commonly known as High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) or Bootcamp is nothing new, but it has proven to be an excellent way to increase aerobic fitness.
F.I.T. follows the same premise of constantly varied trainingwith an emphasis on aerobic capacity,delivered in a motivating, safe and effective way to ensure a total body burn. Prowlers, suspension, sleds and bodyweight training are just some of the fun components included in these workouts.

F.I.R.M. was created to increase strength and tone muscles. Classes are designed to deliver a structured strength training experience with limited movement skill training. Core lifts with a concentration on technique within the workout of the day is the focus of this class. Bars, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, etc. are just some of the tools included in these workouts.
