        STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO GETTING STARTED

        STEP 1: EVALUATION

        Data driven results!

        You can't move forward, if you don't know where you've started.

        Parisi Fairfield incorporates evaluations as part of the long term training process. By identifying an athletes baseline strengths and weaknesses, we can confirm improvements throughout their training cycles.

        Evaluations are included in each program purchased.

        STEP 2: CLASSIFICATION

        Not all athletes are created equally.

        In order to provide the best training experience for all of our athletes. Athlete's are classified and placed in appropriate classes based on 3 criteria; age, ability and evaluation results to ensure success. Classes are offered 6 days a week, and offered multiple times a day, giving all athletes multiple options to train.

        Class breakdown are as follows.

        Jump Start 1: Ages 7-9

        Jump Start 2: Ages 10-11

        Total Performance: Ages 12-14

        Elite : Ages 15-18

        P.E.A.K.: Ages 15-18

        STEP 3: PROGRAM SELECTION

        Training is a year round process.
